thegreenpuppy. She is currently a university student working on her Bachelor's and has quite high goals for her future. She intends to work and do whatever it takes (legally) to reach them. Meanwhile, she started this blog to record not only the mundane in her life (which she has another journal for), but to track her progress to be as environmentally friendly-minimalistic as possible. Where she lives and the atmosphere around her makes this a hard goal--she will never be 100% eco-friendly (or even that close), but she wishes to keep track of progress. She is starting to see that being an environmentalist vegetarian can really be considered an extensive extracurricular activity which requires a lot of effort and general wibbling over her carbon footprint...she hopes that Masters programs and Doctorate programs realize through her application how much it makes up her character later when she applies to graduate school (along with her being, you know, qualified in her field).
Thus begins the re-newed life of a chronic minimalistic environmentalist.
Most of the posts will contain ramblings on environmentalism, feminism, classical/philosophical elements, and general love for classic rock, the t.v. show Supernatural, and Jensen Ackles (aka Smeckles).
